Health by Orla is a wellness practice run by Orla Mc Laughlin, who is a Registered Nutrition Practitioner and has completed an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from a Functional Medicine perspective. Orla helps mums of children with Autism/ADHD – who struggle with knowing the best foods to give their children – ensure their son/daughter are getting the right foods for a happier, healthier, more socially engaged child. Orla works with both children and adults on a one-to-one basis (online and in-person) in the areas of Autism, ADHD, digestive, mental and skin health. She empowers her clients to make life-changing food choices through personalised nutrition programmes.

One such programme is her ’30 Days, 30 Ways’ programme which includes a personalised assessment, weekly webinars, online support, weekly recipes and more! This is a great way to see rapid changes and progress quickly, so her clients can feel confident in breaking bad nutrition habits and adding in great, new ones to support an on-going healthy lifestyle and better physical and mental health.

Orla is participating in the 2018 Kids Guide Summer Camp Fair at Trinity Sport on April 15th and will be answering your health questions for family wellness.
