ClapHandies” provides unique parenting programmes and engaging “education through play” programmes for young families. ClapHandies was launched in 2008 and currently runs PlayLab classes for 0 to 3 year olds and Baby Massage Courses, Paediatric First Aid courses, PlayParties and events across Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare.
ClapHandies PlayLabs
The PlayLabs are all about learning through play, with activities such as rhyme time, music, movement, challenging and fun activities suited to each age group. Each class is a structured hour (55 mins) that follows a familiar pattern with new and engaging core play activities weekly.
Ages – Babies from 6weeks, Wobblers from 10 months & Toddlers from 18mths to 3 years.

ClapHandies Baby Massage
The Baby Massage course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to 9 months. Massage strokes are taught in stages over the weeks so baby becomes used to touch and you can practice at home and ask questions when you return to class the following week.

Duration – 4 x 1 hour sessions

ClapHandies – First Aid Training
This comprehensive Paediatric First Aid training course covers both the practical and theory elements of first aid training. Contents include C.P.R., choking and airway management, recovery position (practical & theory), temperature management, burns and scalds, fractures & breaks, meningitis and other emergencies.
